I recently sat down with author, TV presenter, thought leader and all-round smart person, Tom Goodwin, on interesting trends from 2022 and some predictions for 2023. The conversation involved a fun 'what do you mean?' segment where we dig into some of his recent (and highly popular) LinkedIn posts.

I came to know Tom, much like you probably have, through his thought-provoking social media posts. The comments section of them are fascinating! I then was fortunate to work with Tom earlier in the year on a mutual client engagement and he was fantastic, couldn't recommend him more highly. I loved this episode and hope you enjoy it too.

Season 2 has been an absolute blast - thank you for all the feedback on the podcast and a huge thank you to all of the amazing guests. When I started The AdPod during Covid I didn't really have any ambitions for it, I just wanted to record conversations with interesting people and share them with people who wanted to listen. Now the podcast has been played over 15,000 times in full which is kind of incredible to me.
