This is a very short note to say that I wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

2022 has been the most up and down year of my career – an unreal number of highs and lows, personally and professionally. I know many of you will be experiencing the same.

I’ve always said that Christmas is the only true time people can have off and not worry about checking their inbox or worrying what state work will be in when they come back (because everyone else is also off), so please do switch off, try to be present and enjoy a fantastic time of year.
